UTAH

The Greatest Snow on Earth. Utah is famous for its snowy mountain peaks and beautiful winter landscapes, making it a great destination for winter sports enthusiasts. The state is home to many ski resorts, including Alta Ski Area, Park City Mountain Resort, Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort, and Deer Valley Resort. The snowfall in Utah typically begins in late October and continues through April, with the heaviest snowfall in December and January. The average yearly snowfall in Utah is around 500 inches, making it a perfect winter wonderland for skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and other winter activities.

Best Time to Visit UTAH

The best time to visit Utah generally depends on your interests and what you want to do during your trip.

If you’re interested in winter sports like skiing and snowboarding, then the best time to visit is during the winter months, from December to February. This is when Utah’s ski resorts are in full swing and the mountains are covered in a thick layer of snow.

However, if you prefer warm weather and want to explore the national parks, go hiking, or go river rafting, then the best time to visit is during the spring or fall, from April to May or September to November. During these months, the weather is pleasant and the crowds are thinner compared to the peak summer season.

The summer months of June to August can also be a great time to visit Utah, especially if you want to explore the higher elevation areas like the national parks in the southern part of the state. However, you should be prepared for hot temperatures and heavy crowds during this time.

My favorite season is definitely winter. All I need is cup of a coffee and enjoy the beautiful Utah snow as much as I can:)
